At LUZORA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a request.
Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Free from any signs of use or defects caused by the customer
Items that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
Refund Process Refunds are not automatically issued upon return. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. A refund will only be approved if the item meets the eligibility requirements above. You will be notified of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.
Valid reasons for a refund include receiving the wrong size or a legitimate product issue on our end.
